Interac e-Transfer Payment Instructions
How to Send Your Deposit
Step 1: Open Your Banking App
- Navigate to Payments or Transfers section
- Select “Send Money” or “Interac e-Transfer”
Step 2: Add Recipient Information
- Email Address: info@joindaba.com
- Recipient Name: Daba Markets Inc
Step 3: Enter Transfer Amount
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit
- Review any transfer fees from your bank
Step 4: Security Question ⚠️ Important: Do NOT set a security question
- Your bank may ask if you want to add a security question
- Select “No” or “Auto-deposit” if available
- If you accidentally set a security question, you MUST include the question and answer in your confirmation document
Step 5: Complete the Transfer
- Review all details carefully
- Confirm and send the transfer
Step 6: Upload Proof of Payment
- Take a screenshot of the confirmation page OR download the payment receipt
- Upload the document through the Daba app/portal
- If you set a security question: Include the question AND answer in your upload
What Happens Next?
✅ Auto-deposit (No security question): Your funds will be deposited to your Daba wallet within 1-2 business days
⚠️ Security question set: We need the question and answer to claim the funds. Without this information, the transfer will expire in 30 days and return to your bank.
