The fund aims to address the continent’s estimated $100 billion annual infrastructure financing gap by supporting projects that enhance their appeal to foreign investors. “The goal is to make infrastructure projects more bankable and investment-ready,” said Amadou Cisse, a founding partner, speaking at Mansa’s Dakar office.
