Mawingu is Kenya’s largest WiFi provider dedicated to rural and peri-urban areas, operating on a mission to bridge the digital divide through affordable, reliable connectivity.
Founded with a focus on both financial sustainability and social impact, Mawingu has attracted long-term infrastructure investors. The new capital will help the company accelerate its rollout across Kenya, advancing its goal of providing meaningful internet access to one million East Africans by 2028.
