Custodian Investment Plc, through its subsidiaries, provides insurance products and services in Nigeria. It operates through Non-Life Business, Life Business, Pension Administration, Property Development and Management, and Trustees and Others segments. The Non-Life Business segment offers engineering, aviation, marine and motor liability, oil and energy, fire, and property insurance for individual and corporate customers. The Life Business segment provides a range of life insurance products for individual and group, including annuity, endowment and investment-oriented products, and insurance products with discretionary participatory features (DPF). The Pension Administration segment is involved in the administration and management of the retirement benefits of members. The Property Development and Management segment engages in the acquisition, development, sale, and management of various commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail property assets. The Trustees and Others segment includes trustee management, corporate services, investment, and property management. The company offers general insurance products, such as auto, travel, home, event, personal accident, and other insurance products; and life insurance products, including savings and investment, endowment, protection, annuity, and other products, as well as group life and group credit life insurance products. The company was formerly known as Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited. Custodian Investment Plc was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
