Egyptian fintech MoneyHash has signed a strategic partnership with noon payments, the Saudi-based digital payments gateway, to simplify access to localised payment methods across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Founded in 2021 by Nader Abdelrazik and Mustafa Eid, MoneyHash provides a payment orchestration platform and operating system for businesses in the Middle East and Africa. After launching its enterprise suite in October 2023, the company raised $5.2 million in pre-Series A funding earlier this year to prepare for global expansion.
Through the partnership, businesses integrated with MoneyHash can instantly activate key regional payment options—including Mada, KNET, Benefit, Meeza, and Omannet—via a single API connection. The tie-up leverages noon payments’ regional reach with MoneyHash’s orchestration capabilities to create a seamless checkout experience.
“MoneyHash bridges the gap between fragmented payment infrastructures and growing merchant needs,” said Abdelrazik, CEO of MoneyHash. “Partnering with noon Payments allows us to deliver even more value to businesses scaling across the region.”

Key Takeaways
This collaboration highlights the growing importance of payment orchestration platforms in the MEA region, where fragmented financial infrastructures have long been a bottleneck for e-commerce and digital services. With local schemes like Mada in Saudi Arabia or KNET in Kuwait often required to reach customers, merchants have faced complex, costly integrations. By offering a single API to activate multiple local rails, MoneyHash reduces technical overhead, accelerates merchant expansion, and improves consumer trust at checkout. For noon payments, the deal extends its footprint by plugging into a platform already serving regional heavyweights like Foodics, Rain, and Tamatem. For MoneyHash, it cements credibility in the GCC at a time when cross-border payments and fintech infrastructure are becoming more competitive. The move also mirrors a wider global trend: as BNPL, wallets, and local schemes proliferate, orchestration platforms are emerging as critical middleware. In a region where cash still dominates but digital adoption is accelerating, simplifying access to payment options could unlock faster scaling for merchants and create stickier consumer engagement.
