- Choose the amount you wish to invest
- Funds will be reserved in your portfolio during the subscription period
- Waiting Period
- The subscription period typically lasts several weeks
- Once the issuance closes, there’s a centralization period for all orders
- Your funds remain secure during this time
- Allocation
- If the issuance is oversubscribed, you might receive fewer bonds than requested
- Unused funds will be automatically refunded to your portfolio
- You’ll receive a notification once the allocation is complete
- Confirmation
- Once the bonds are issued, they will appear in your portfolio
- You can then hold them until maturity or trade them on the secondary market (if possible)
- You’ll receive a certificate confirming your ownership of the bonds
